While Barney has fun with his friends every day, there's something special about making a brand NEW friend! When Mr. Boyd's niece, Colleen visits the park, she's eager to make friends with the other kids...but being the "new kid" isn't easy.

The children bring toys to donate to Mr. Boyd's toy drive. Baby Bop and BJ arrive and after some convincing, Baby Bop learns about the merits of sharing.

After playing with "Stop" and "Go" signs with Angela, Baby Bop leaves to direct some traffic of her own! Meanwhile, in the caboose, Barney and the kids enjoy a costume parade, a game of "Musical Stop & Go," and some very vigorous body movement.

Barney and the kids help Baby Bop count to ten by playing games, and visiting a Make-Believe Market.

When Miss Jo loses her cat, Barney and the children spend the day helping her find it. Along the way, they learn all about cats.

While Barney and the children wait for Mr. Boyd's new fountain to be delivered, they have fun playing in and exploring the park.

Tony shares a box full of numbers that he made with his dad. He is showing them off when a gust of wind blows them all away. Barney and the kids decide to go on a number hunt. They soon find Baby Bop and their hunt takes the group all over the park.

The children learn about many different countries while experiencing an “International Fair” on the playground.

The kids have put together a "Caboose Color Collection" which showcases the primary colors—red, yellow and blue. Barney and Baby Bop enjoy songs and games suggested by the colorful objects.

It's a rainy spring day, and the children can be found inside painting and creating. Barney arrives, explains the differences amongst the seasons, and suggests playing outside in the rain. The rain is soon replaced by sunshine and a rainbow.

Barney and his friends play hopscotch—with a twist. Whitney is learning about triangles at school, so Angela created Triangle Hopscotch to help reinforce "triangles."

Every day with Barney is fun—but today is extra special. It's Barney's birthday!

Mario is trying to write his very own fairy tale. The children help by acting out some of their favorite fairy tales to give Mario some ideas.

Barney helps Baby Bop and the children discover big and little things in the world around them. And by the end of the day, the kids have learned that big or little, they're all wonderful just the way they are!

Nick's homework is to find as many squares as he can. It's great fun when Barney and the kids help!

When Sarah accidentally spills red paint into the blue paint, a mess turns into a perfectly purple day. The children paint pictures, make purple flowers and plan a purple party for their friend Colleen.

Barney and the kids are excited because five of Mr. Boyd's brass-playing buddies are putting on a show in the park tonight! Angela is learning to play the trumpet and knows that it takes a lot of practice. BJ arrives and the group visits the caboose.

Angela is in the park to release her turtle after observing him with her classmates in school. Barney and the children discuss the meaning of in and out after observing the turtle going in and out of his shell.

Kami, one of Barney's youngest friends, has trouble keeping up with the other kids and she's tired of always being last. She's not having a very good day.

Throughout the day, Barney and the children learn about "hot" and "cold," but the fun really begins when Barney turns the playground into a winter/summer wonderland!
