How can we help?
Frequently asked questions
Where can I see the schedule and previous days?
Open TV schedule. Find a channel and choose an available date. Search programmes to find a time. Previous dates show the archived schedule. Watch opens the current live stream. Schedule browsing is free.
How does the TV pass work?
Some live channels use HLS, a video format. Through the Grade playlist server, they have 120 free minutes per network each UTC day. When the time runs out, use the QR code or the six TV digits at gradetv.net/pay. The pass costs 4.99 USDC on Base and lasts 30 days on that network. There is no automatic renewal. Devices on the same network share the minutes. A new IP address changes the network identity. Direct channel links, YouTube, continuous radio and recorded video without list updates are outside this allowance.
What should I do when the stream does not open?
Open the official channel website if the button is available. You can also copy the list to another player. For HTTP streams, Grade offers a compatible playback page. The channel may be off the air or restrict access. The pass does not remove these restrictions.
Does Grade offer streaming for producers?
Present an authorised streaming project. Contact us to review availability, scope and budget. Sending it does not activate the service.
Can I sponsor, advertise or partner?
Yes. See the ad spaces and suggested prices for 30 days at /en/partners. Use the form to send your proposal. We reply within 3 business days.
