Barney and the kids are excited because five of Mr. Boyd's brass-playing buddies are putting on a show in the park tonight! Angela is learning to play the trumpet and knows that it takes a lot of practice. BJ arrives and the group visits the caboose.
Angela is in the park to release her turtle after observing him with her classmates in school. Barney and the children discuss the meaning of in and out after observing the turtle going in and out of his shell.
